Employee engagement

We conduct regular associate engagement surveys to measure perspectives on engagement, manager effectiveness, communication and teamwork, client experience, well-being, employee trust and organizational effectiveness. Based on survey results, we ask managers to create an action plan to respond quickly to associate feedback.

Part of the Fiserv experience is our commitment to creating an environment that celebrates an engaging culture. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), are voluntary networks, available to all associates, designed to engage associates across the company. These groups play an instrumental role in furthering our commitment to creating a welcoming culture by providing opportunities for associates to connect, exchange ideas, and elevate education and mentorship.

Professional development

We provide associates with a robust set of resources to help them grow and we encourage them to enrich their career development through on-the-job learning, education, professional networking and ERG membership.

Our approach to performance and career management is built around regular feedback, annual goalsetting and professional development planning and internal mobility. 

Talent attraction & placement

Our Internship and Analyst programs provide a pipeline and talent pool of young professionals seeking to grow their career at Fiserv. In 2023, over 500 individuals participated in our U.S. analyst and intern program.

We recognize the importance of, and remain committed to, supporting the military community in the United States. Our Fiserv Salutes military community engagement strategy is focused on, among other things, providing career opportunities to veterans and military spouses.
