Back2Business - Investing in opportunity
Fiserv launched Back2Business in 2020 to support small, diverse-owned businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, Fiserv has provided more than 1,800 grants, along with access to our innovative Clover point-of-sale and business management platform. Fiserv continues to invest in community-focused organizations such as the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurship, the Institute for Veterans and Military Families at Syracuse University, Rutgers University-Newark Program for Inclusive Innovation, Girl Scouts USA, and local chambers of commerce.

An important aspect of the Fiserv experience is our commitment to creating an environment that celebrates workplace inclusion. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), are voluntary networks designed to unite associates across the company. These groups play an instrumental role in furthering our commitment to creating an inclusive culture by providing a forum for associates to connect, share their perspectives, exchange ideas, support each other, and elevate their professional development and careers.
