Vice Chairman
Christopher (Chris) Foskett serves as Vice Chairman at Fiserv, Inc. In this role, he is focused on deepening client relationships and driving client satisfaction across the organization. Before becoming Vice Chairman, Foskett served as Chief Revenue Officer, with responsibility for driving revenue growth and client satisfaction and retention, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer, utilizing his extensive financial services sector experience to help connect clients with the solutions and services right for their business.
Prior to the combination of Fiserv and First Data Corporation, Foskett was Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate and Business Development and Co-Head of Global Financial Solutions at First Data. He also served as Managing Director, Head of North American Treasury Services and Global Head of Sales for Treasury Services at JPMorgan Chase & Co. He spent 18 years at Citigroup in a number of key executive roles, including Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions, Head of Global Sales for Transaction Services, and Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group in the Corporate Bank.
Foskett chairs the Board of Directors for Allied Irish Bank Merchant Services. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Apiture, a joint venture between Fiserv and Live Oak Bank, and he recently retired as Independent Lead Director for Verisk Analytics after serving on its board for more than 20 years. Within Fiserv, Foskett is executive sponsor of the Thrive Disability Leadership Council Employee Resource Group.
