Frank Kosuda
Head of Enterprise Sales and Relationship Management
Frank Kosuda is Head of Enterprise Sales and Relationship Management at Fiserv, Inc. In this role, he leads all aspects of the enterprise client function, responsible for relationship management and sales while driving revenue growth and leveraging technology and best practices to facilitate sales efforts across the company. Kosuda, who joined the company in April 2024, most recently served as Deputy Head of Enterprise Sales before taking on additional leadership responsibilities within the enterprise client function.
Kosuda brings over 25 years of experience to Fiserv with a proven track record in driving sales, revenue growth, business expansion and innovation. Before joining Fiserv, he served as CEO of two private international companies where he orchestrated comprehensive strategic visions and delivered operational excellence across diverse markets. His leadership experience spans managing international teams, building client relationships and enhancing distribution networks.
Prior to his CEO roles, Kosuda began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree from Montclair State University.
