Small business ends year on an upswing

The Fiserv Small Business Index^® notched 2 points lower to 144 in November

Highlights:

• Sales growth YoY was very solid at +4.8%, despite a slight slowdown from October (-1.6%)
• Transaction growth pace was similar, +0.6% MoM and +9.1% YoY
• Consumer demand for Retail was consistent with October (-0.1%) and strong YoY (+5.6%)
