Instant Issue Advantage™: Temporary Debit Cards from Fiserv enables your branch personnel to issue non-personalized Visa^®- or Mastercard^®-branded temporary debit cards in the branch without your institution incurring hardware and software costs of in-house printing. Consumers can use the card immediately to make purchases until a fully personalized, permanent debit card arrives in the mail from Fiserv.
