Located in the backyard of Amazon and Microsoft, the credit union's members expect the same personalized, high-tech experience they get from these local tech giants. Seattle Credit Union removed the traditional teller lines that are barriers to member interaction and created a space that aided meaningful engagement, allowing members and branch staff to collaborate. The credit union also implemented tablets with access to the DNA® platform from Fiserv to offer ease and flexibility during consultations and member support.
